Vitta Nature have a lot of common areas and installations that need maintenance and repairs. In this section, we have listed the most important issues, and a contact form is provided at the end.
Information for owners
In an apartment, there are many factors to consider - here, we provide some guidance, but remember that this is ultimately your responsibility.

Insurance
The community have insurance of the structure of our buildings. You have to get insurance for what's inside your apartment.

Security
The security of your apartment starts with you. Many owners have installed alarms and cameras. You can also consider the type of lock you have and whether you need extra security for sliding doors and windows.

Electricity
The meter for your apartment is located in the main meter room at the entrance of every portal. Inside your apartment, you have the fuses. If you need access to the main meter room, please get in touch with the maintenance team.

Water
The water meter for your apartment is located in the main water meter room at the entrance of every portal. Inside your apartment, you can close the main valve situated in the laundry room. If you require access to the main water meter room, please get in touch with the maintenance team.

Door intercome
If you experience any issues with your intercom, please get in touch with ServiHogar for assistance.

Community Fee
Everyone is responsible for paying the monthly community fee. Get in touch with our administrator to get the correct information for payments.
