Here are some useful contact information

We invite you as a landlord to follow these guidelines when renting out your apartment:
Guidelines for Landlords Renting Out Their Apartment
-
You need a rental license to rent out your apartment.
-
Inform the rental agency you use about all community rules in Vitta Nature so that they can pass this information on to the tenants.
-
Ask your agency to handle the personal key handover, check the tenant’s ID against the contract, and provide clear instructions on the garage space and the exact location of the apartment.
-
Check-in should preferably take place between 12:00 and 22:00 whenever possible.
-
If personal key handover is not possible, provide a clear description of where the tenant needs to go. Block and portal numbers may not be meaningful to tenants, so include photos showing the route, the garage space, the portal entrance, and the apartment number, along with written instructions.
-
Prepare an information folder with all community rules and guidance on using the shared facilities for guests staying in your apartment. We recommend that the folder be available in at least English and Spanish, and in your home language if you mainly rent to guests from that country.
-
Tenants must be aware of the main neighbourhood rules, including quiet hours, the smoking ban in all common areas, specific pool rules, and waste disposal procedures.
-
The community does NOT welcome rentals intended for large parties or bachelor/bachelorette events.
